Tear-apart BBQ Ribs

It’s officially summer when we start firing up the grill and barbecuing! 😋🥩☀️


  • Pork loin baby back ribs

  • Generous amounts of olive oil

  • Generous amounts of BBQ rub/seasoning

  • BBQ sauce


  1. Coat both sides of the ribs with olive oil, and rub it in. Then, pour a generous amount of BBQ rub/seasoning and spread it evenly on both sides. Wrap the ribs in two layers of aluminum foil.

  2. Put the ribs on the grill at low heat for 2 hours, and flip sides every 5 minutes.

  3. After 2 hours, take the ribs out of the aluminum foil and pour BBQ sauce over them. Put back in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 350º so the BBQ sauce will begin to glaze.
