Fish Tacos

Shout out to one of my best friends for taking a vid of these fish tacos!!! They look AMAZING 😋 Brb as I go make some now.

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • Mahi Mahi Fillets

  • 1/4th onion

  • 1 mango

  • 1 lemon

  • 4 tomatoes

  • 1 cup cilantro

  • 1/4th green onion

  • Tortillas or wraps

  • TJ's Chile Lime seasoning to serve


  1. Mix together all the seasonings in a bowl.

  2. Cut the fillets into smaller pieces (I did fourths, and only once cooked did I shred)

  3. Dice the tomatoes, onion, mango, and green onion into a new bowl. Add the cilantro and squeeze 1 lemon on top. Put to the side.

  4. Drizzle oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Grab a fish fillet and mix it into the seasoning bowl. Put the seasoned fillet on the pan and let it grill for around 3 minutes each side.

  5. Shred the fillets in a new bowl.

  6. Assemble on a tortilla or wrap by combining all the individual pieces and seasoning with TJ's Chile Lime Seasoning.
