Chia Seed Pudding

You’re gonna chia ~need~ this recipe in your life after trying it 😋


  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • Honey for taste

  • Blueberries, for garnish

  • Granola, for garnish

Leftover from Raspberry Simple Syrup (jam-like thing):

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup water


  1. Mix almond milk, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl. Leave in fridge for minimum 1 hour.

  2. Since we were also making cocktails, we took the chunky part that is filtered out of raspberry syrup to use as a jam. Process: Boil water and sugar over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Add in raspberries and lower to a simmer for 25 minutes. Use a strainer to separate the chunks from the syrup. Keep the chunks for the chia seed pudding and the syrup for cocktails!

  3. Add into a cup or bowl. Garnish with granola and berries.
