Ingredients
Coffee beans
1/2 cup almond milk
2 bananas
1 tbsp vanilla
Coconut whipped cream to serve
Process
The day before: brew a cup of coffee. Pour coffee into an icecube tray and freeze overnight. Slice two bananas and freeze them overnight as well.
Day of: Pour almond milk, vanilla, 2 frozen bananas, and coffee ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve with coconut whipped cream
