Pistachio Puffs

New year... new sweets! I’m obsessed with TJs puff pastry 🤷🏻‍♀️ how have you all been using it???

<< 15 minutes prep / 30 cooking>>


  • 1 puff pastry roll

  • 1/3 cup of Chevre honey goat cheese

  • 1/3 cup pistachios, without the shell

  • Honey to taste (around 2 tbsp)


  1. Preheat the oven to 375º

  2. Chop your pistachios. Toast your pistachios in a small, lightly buttered pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.

  3. Unroll the puff pastry. Place the goat cheese and pistachios down the middle of the pastry dough, leaving 1/3rd of the dough untouched on each side. Slice the dough in diagonal lines, so that you can use the dough to do a criss-crossed pattern on top (as seen in the video)

  4. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. Top with more pistachios and honey to serve!
