Peach Naan Flatbread with Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, and Basil

So I’m going through a peach phase- if there aren’t peaches, then I want NAAN of it!!! Jkjk I’ll eat anything but this recipe is the G.O.A.T (cheese) 🐐 it’s easy to make and delicious and just writing this out makes me want more!

  • Trader Joe's Frozen Tandoori Naan

  • 1 peach

  • Plain goat cheese (around 1/4 cup)

  • A handful of basil

  • Mozzarella (around 4-8 slices)

  • Balsamic Glaze


  1. Preheat the oven to 325ºF.

  2. Slice a peach into thin pieces. On a piece of frozen naan, add slices of mozzarella, pieces of goat cheese, the sliced peach, and basil. Use whatever ratios feel right for you!

  3. Put on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the peach looks soft.

  4. Top with balsamic glaze and voila! You got yourself a snack (or a meal haha)
