Almond Flour Monkey Bread

This was AMAZING. If you have any desire to bake, do this, you won’t regret it.

We couldn’t finish the whole thing and so we froze it and it’s still good when reheated, wow. Might go make another one rn haha


  • 4 cups almond flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp canola oil

  • 1 tsp lemon

  • Cinnamon

  • Brown Sugar

  • Granulated Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Pecans


  1. Mix almond flour, salt, and baking powder together

  2. In a seperate bowl, mix the eggs, lemon, oil, and maple syrup

  3. Fold the egg mixture in the almond flour mixture

  4. Form into gobs of dough the size of golf balls

  5. Mix cinnamon and sugar to coat balls of dough

  6. Coat your bundt cake pan with butter or oil

  7. Place the dough balls in the pan

  8. Chop and sprinkle and handful of pecans

  9. Bake at 350 for 30 mins

  10. Mix brown sugar, butter, and a little milk (sorry I didn’t measure anything) for the glaze

  11. Let the glaze soak in for 5-10mins

  12. Then back in the oven for 5-10 mins

  13. Peel apart and enjoy!
