Hi there, I'm Inbar!

I make recipes to help build and maintain balanced hormone levels by eating in sync with your menstrual cycle! This way of eating is geared towards women, but the recipes are taste-tested to be delicious regardless of your goals!

At the age of 24, I was diagnosed with PCOS - a hormonal disorder. Initially, I was relieved that my symptoms had a root cause. I could finally do something about it. But I soon found out that the only solution doctors had for me to was to go back on hormonal birth control.

So I turned to food for medicine, and for the first time, I felt in control of my health.

I stumbled upon Cycle Syncing Ⓡ, a method of eating in accordance with one's menstrual cycle, by Alisa Vitti. Initially, the grocery list was a bit intimidating! But I turned into a cooking challenge - aiming to make each meal unique and delicious, using ingredients I didn't usually keep around the house but were good for my hormonal health.
