Hi there, I'm Inbar!

I make cycle-syncing recipes to help promote hormone health! This way of eating is geared towards women, but the recipes are taste-tested to be delicious regardless of your goals!

At the age of 24, I was diagnosed with PCOS - a hormonal disorder. Initially, I was relieved that my symptoms had a root cause. I could finally do something about it. But I soon found out that the only solution doctors had for me to was to go back on hormonal birth control.

So I turned to food for medicine, and for the first time, I felt in control of my health.

I turned cycle syncing into a cooking challenge - aiming to make each meal unique and delicious, using ingredients I didn't usually keep around the house but were good for my hormonal health.
